I provide general counseling in the areas of depression; anxiety; trauma; grief and loss; relationship distress or conflict; and general life stressors. I have experience working with individuals; couples; and families. I am a certified perinatal mental health specialist; focusing on pregnancy; postpatrum; infertility; and loss. I am fully dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where each patient feels heard; understood; and valued and I believe in creating a collaborative relationship where each client takes the lead in this process with support each step of the way.
