I love to support people in developing accurate self-perception and a compassionate, self- loving internal voice. I excel in teaching healthy communication skills, and revel in supporting people in removing barriers to the love they want by making loving an active, creative and dynamic part of their lives. I hold a lens on how social memberships and how systems of oppression affect our psychologies and relationships. I strive to be an active participant in my own work regarding the social memberships I have and the effects they may have on myself and others. As a former massage therapist (18 years in practice), a dancer and yoga practitioner, I hold deep value for, and insight into, Somatic Processing, incorporating some methods, despite not being formally trained (yet) in it as it is currently known.
