UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. In my work, I seek to alleviate emotional and mental suffering, promote a positive sense of self, and lessen feelings of anxiety and worry. I help clients nurture and discover ways to enjoy and make the most of their lives by identifying and treating the barriers that inhibit their joy. My use of evidence-based treatments promotes better functioning and satisfaction in clients' lives by acknowledging trauma and celebrating diversity. Working with individuals, families, and couples, I focus on strengthening emotional bonds through improved communication and empathy. I also strive to assist clients in engaging in healthy behaviors that create a sense of meaning and purpose in life. I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Master's in Education from Simmons University, as well as a Master's in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor's degree from John Jay College, which inform my comprehensive and compassionate approach to care.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
