Getting to know Jeremy Dion

Many of the clients I work with are seeking change in their lives. Perhaps they are going through a transition like divorce, or shifting careers, or dealing with an empty nest. My favorite clients are motivated, insightful, and eager for things to get better, but are likely feeling like the skills they currently have aren't working. I have helped many people deal with issues ranging from depression and anxiety to grief, trauma, and LGBTQ+ concerns. I offer a comforting ear and also positive, practical, concrete tools for improvement. My approach is strength-based, meeting the client where they are and using those things that are working well already to promote a broader sense of well-being. Educated at UC Berkeley and Naropa University in Boulder, I have lived in Colorado for the past 24 years.
