I am a licensed LSCSW from Kansas, with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. I work with adults and provide care for patients who wish to address anger, men's issues, anxiety, coping with addictions, LGBTQ+ related concerns, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I have extensive experience in individual therapy and have been in practice for 12 years.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide individual therapy that is based in an eclectic approached with focus and emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My main goal in my work with my clients is to develop a close relationship and walk with you on your journey in recovery and help you live a life that is based in your own values and not based in fear. I believe that in my client’s can grow and be the best version of themselves. I have a unique view and experience with therapy that will help you live your best life!

As my practice grows I will begin to accept insurances. These will be updated as they come along. Payments will be collected at the time of services. If you schedule an appointment with me and the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or you do not show for an appointment you may be subject to a 75$ fee so please give as much notice as possible to avoid these fees

Most relevant

I made my appointment hours in advance, when it came time for my appointment I arrived early. But when the provider still hadn't arrived for the video session after 15 minutes I had to leave. I hope it was just a misunderstanding and that the appointment was opened in error. But when I called and left a voicemail, as well as a text and still didn't get a response I'm not sure what to think now.
