After you book an appointment, a representative will call you to get your card information and confirm your appointment details.* Hello, since I have started this wonderful and exciting journey in October of 2021 working in the mental health field I have had exposure to many different experiences ranging from community support, supporting in the reduction of substance use, helping people through grief and loss, helping those with who need support with cognitive function which could be related from ADHD and Dyslexia, supporting in the reduction of depression and anxiety which feels all over controlling in one another lives, supporting those which could be living with PTSD symptoms which feel overwhelming and all consuming, and many lifestyles due to working in a community mental health office. This experience is what has shaped me into being able to provide a Holistic, somatic, and Client Centered Therapy, its about you and what you need and want to support yourself in your life, you run the show I am just the wall which listens with a nonjudgmental ear and talks with you.
