Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m a mindfulness and integrative mental health therapist who supports women and couples who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. Many of my clients describe a long history of overthinking, over-functioning, or putting others’ needs first. Others are navigating identity shifts, perfectionism, or relationship stress that leaves them feeling unbalanced and disconnected from themselves. As a Mindfulness-Informed Practitioner, Integrative Mental Health Practitioner, and Somatic Therapy Foundations Practitioner, I take a holistic, nervous-system-aware approach to therapy. We look at the mind, body, emotional patterns, and the environments that shape how you cope. I help clients understand why their patterns developed, how stress shows up both mentally and physically, and what practical steps can support more balance and emotional steadiness. In therapy with me, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you’re met with compassion, collaboration, and honest guidance. We focus on clarity, emotional regulation, communication skills, and healthy boundaries. My work is grounded in strengths-based and solution-focused approaches, and each session is designed to help you build confidence, reconnect with your needs, and create sustainable change, not quick fixes. My goal is for you to feel more grounded in your body, more connected to your values, and more capable of building the relationships and life you want. All sessions are offered virtually to give you flexibility and comfort while still receiving meaningful support.
