Hello! My name is Jessica. I am a mental health therapist passionate about teaching individuals and couples how to overcome the challenges that keep them from meeting their goals! My focus is to teach clients how to replace negative thoughts and behaviors with positive ones, building healthier relationships with themselves and others. I believe in a collaborative approach for short- or long-term therapy, meeting clients where they are in the process of change. My clinical approach includes Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness, using a strength-based perspective with a holistic approach. After graduating in 2008 from New York University with a Master's degree in Social Work, I worked at multiple healthcare facilities in New Jersey: Palisades Medical Center, Jersey City Medical Center, Hoboken University Medical Center, Summit Oaks, Renal Ventures, and Grace Hospice-all while building my practice. I have been in practice for 13 years in Hoboken and look forward to many more years helping others in an office or virtual setting.
