“I felt significant progress when talking to Jessica. I have never been one to about my experiences in the military but I felt welcomed and respected speaking about my struggles. It felt effortless, safe, and comfortable and I look forward to understanding more about my PTSD. Jessica is an excellent listener and asks questions that also help me to overcome my reservations.”

My virtual visits are amazing! I feel super comfortable and safe to express myself and open up to Jessica. She is completely understanding and listens intently to how I'm feeling and what I am saying! There is no judgement, she is attentive and very kind and welcoming! I look forward each week to our sessions!
She has been a wonderful therapist. She is very knowledgeable about various topics, listens very well and offers amazing insights and suggestions to help guide me in a positive direction. She’s also very validating and non-judgmental, in both her tone and her core. I am truly grateful to her.
My fiancée and I met with Jessica several times over a few months for pre-marital couples counseling. She was fantastic and really helped us sort through some things. If we feel like we need to talk more through, we’ll definitely be back to her and would recommend to anyone!
Jessica has been very professional but yet compassionate in my visits with her. She listens attentively, validates my thoughts/concerns, and provides practical recommendations. I appreciate her approach and manner of communication- she doesn't make me feel silly for expressing my thoughts/feelings/concerns.
Jessica picks up on the little things in our conversations. Things that she pulls out to discuss more deeply are spot on. Things I wouldn’t necessarily think to elaborate on. She is very easy to talk to and makes me feel extremely comfortable.
I was skeptical about going to counseling at first but it impacted my life in such a positive way. I did counseling sessions with Jessica during a very difficult time in my life and it was truly life changing. She is very easy to talk to! She gave me practical tools to help me but our sessions were also faith based and pointed me back to Jesus and the Bible. The Lord used Jessica in a mighty way to help me. I highly recommend her!
I have been seeing Jessica for a little over a month now and cannot say enough good things! Talk therapy has been something I have both wanted to do and been too afraid to do for a long time. My first session with Jessica put me at ease immediately, she is open, calm, and allows you to speak directly without feeling pressured. She is able to guide the conversation naturally so that I always find myself talking about and tackling just what I needed to, and I've been able to address things with her that I have not been able to with anyone else. I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you are hesitant about being able to open us as I was.
Jessica is very kind and empathetic. She is a great listener and is able to make hard situations feel a little lighter. My anxiety has improved through our talks and I would highly recommend her!
Jessica has truly been there for one of the hardest times in my life. She is validating, open, thoughtful, and honest. She listens intently but all sees things from all perspectives. I enjoy talking to her and appreciate all of the insight she’s given me.
