Psychotherapist
7495 W Azure Dr, Ste 237, Clark, NV
I help individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or past experiences learn how to feel more grounded, regulated, and in control of their lives. Using a nervous system–informed approach, I guide clients in understanding their responses to stress and building tools to support emotional balance and well-being. My approach is collaborative and holistic, focusing on the whole person. I believe healing happens when clients feel supported, understood, and empowered with strategies that create lasting, meaningful change. I hold both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Southern California, with a strong emphasis on psychology, sociology, neuroscience, and social work. My clinical experience spans across community mental health, foster care, juvenile justice, and school social work, and I have undergone specialized training in various trauma therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Sand Play Therapy, Expressive Art Therapy, and mindfulness-based treatments.
