I graduated from the University of the District of Sondermind 10 - Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in History and earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, a CACREP-approved school. I have a deep passion for working with adults of all nationalities, helping them navigate life's challenges and transitions. My therapeutic approach is integrated, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, segments of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, person-centered therapy, and family systems, among others.
