Psychotherapist
220 5th Ave, New York, NY
I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, learn, and overcome obstacles in life-and you don't have to face this journey alone. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, with the goal of supporting you every step of the way. While empathy and understanding are central to our work together, I will also challenge you to discover new perspectives and make meaningful changes. My core belief in therapy is that it's centered around you, the client. I strive to adapt to what you need, embracing an evidence-based approach paired with genuine compassion and understanding. I work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, work stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more. My approach stems from my multicultural background, which has given me a deep appreciation for diversity and the uniqueness of each person's story. As a bilingual counselor, I offer therapy in both Mandarin Chinese and English. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective, client-centered care.
