The session was teletherapy. She arrived 5mins late and didn’t acknowledge it. Sessions are 50minutes but ours was cut short. I heard her baby making sounds in the background. She went on and off of mute through out the session. I think this provider could be more professional. She didn’t start with her professional background. Her follow up questions seemed personally driven. Overall I didn’t get a good impression professionally from this therapist so I won’t be returning.
