What should a new client know about working with you?

As a South Asian woman who is a first generation immigrant, I value exploring with clients how their identity and culture shapes their experience. I use a trauma informed lens and a holistic approach, focusing on the mind body connection and how our mental health and physical health are intertwined. I am a warm, compassionate therapist who strives to create a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their past, better understand themselves, navigate life challenges and work towards well-being and self acceptance. I look forward to hearing about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our time together.
