I’ve been in private practice since 2007 and have had an office in Cortez, CO for 6 years. I earned my Master's degree from East Central University in Oklahoma in 2006. I was a school teacher in Oklahoma for 17 years before becoming a counselor. I’ve taught grades 4th through 12th during that time. I’ve also taught adult education classes at technical college campuses. I changed careers because I saw the difficulties children had in the classroom when their home lives were upset.
