Jocelyn Lovett is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Virginia. She earned her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University in 2005. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2003 with a major in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. Since 2002, Ms. Lovett has provided therapy in a variety of settings, including private practice, community organizations, church groups, and schools. She works within a systemic framework tailored to the unique needs of each client. Her experience includes addressing marital issues, family conflict, mood instabilities, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, parenting skills, communication difficulties, and anger management. She integrates mindfulness, acceptance, and strength-based approaches into her treatment. When desired, Ms. Lovett can incorporate faith-based principles into therapy. At Life Enrichment Counseling Center, Jocelyn works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
