Hello; I am excited to begin this journey with you. I have my LPC certification and am currently working on my Licensed Addiction Counselor certification. I have 19 years experience working with clients who experience both mental health and substance abuse issues and recovery. I am trained in CBT; Motivational Interviewing; DBT; Solution Focused and Person- Centered therapy. I believe the client knows their needs and what works best for their personal success. In my free-time I enjoy walking my dogs; being in the local community choir; crafting; quilting; playing darts and bingo with friends.
