Life can be exciting but also busy, stressful and sometimes exhausting. Whether it is a stressor, transition, loss or change in mood, having the right support can make all the difference. Are you at the point in life where you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious or depressed? My clinical focus is to support my clients in the healing process to develop and enhance the most authentic version of themselves and to live a well-balanced life. Over the last 20 years, I have specialized in working with adults and adolescents in the areas of depression, anxiety, divorce, grief and loss, parenting, adjusting to motherhood, couple and family therapy. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Mindfulness and Structural Family Therapy interventions. I am a certified Grief Specialist.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
