Relationships are fundamental to our survival and mental well-being. Without adequate support, life can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate, often leading to stress, depression, or anxiety. Many of us unknowingly recreate relationship patterns learned in childhood-shaped by parents, caregivers, friends, and other significant connections. These patterns can leave us feeling frustrated and uncertain about why they persist and how to break free from them. Together, our clinicians will explore these dynamics with you and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University, which inform my compassionate and insightful approach to therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As the clinical supervisor of our practice I have intimate knowledge of each of our clinician's areas of expertise. During our first appointment I will explore with you your areas of concern and then match you with the therapist in our practice that is the best fit for what you are seeking.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our approach is rooted in humanistic and strengths-based principles. We begin by conducting a thorough assessment to gain a deep understanding of your background and how past experiences may influence your current challenges. Together, we’ll explore the connections between these experiences and your present concerns to foster insight and growth. We also provide support and tailored treatment for struggles that may not be linked to past experiences, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized approach to your well-being.
