What should a new client know about working with you?

What sets my practice apart is my experience working with a wide range of clients: adolescents, adults, and couples. No matter the age or relationship dynamic, I have the tools to help you overcome obstacles and build stronger, healthier connections with yourself and others. I believe that change is always possible.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our initial session will be an assessment. I’ll ask a lot of questions to understand you and your unique situation. The results of that assessment will form the basis for your treatment plan. That treatment plan will guide our future sessions and keep you on track to reach your goals. You set the goals and you set the pace for our sessions.
