Thank you for viewing my profile. I have worked for over 40 years as a counselor, authored 5 books and conducted numerous workshops. My passion continues to assist others in reclaiming their true self and evolving further. I work with symptoms of depression, anxiety, chronic pain, phobia, stress, trauma, spiritual concerns, as well as Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP) and empaths, ages 12 and older.
