All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. My fascination with the mind began early, but I initially pursued a career in Special Education. A pivotal psychology class, however, shifted my focus entirely, revealing my true calling in understanding the mind's complexities. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille University, which deepened my knowledge and skills. I let my clients guide my specialization, prioritizing their needs above all. Over time, I gained certifications in various specialties to effectively address diverse client needs. My eclectic approach enhances my ability to connect with a wide range of individuals, offering skills to achieve deeper understanding and cope with symptoms. My dedication to therapy comes from a desire to help others live more fulfilling lives by overcoming their mental health challenges.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
