What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal as a therapist is to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the challenges they face. I strive to empower individuals to recognize and break free from unhelpful thought patterns, build healthy coping strategies, and cultivate self-compassion. By fostering a supportive, nonjudgmental environment, I guide clients toward greater clarity about their emotions, relationships, and life goals. Together, we work to strengthen resilience, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change so they can lead more authentic and fulfilling lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I support individuals facing addiction, anxiety, depression, BPD, OCD, eating disorders, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and more. In a safe and affirming space, we will build coping skills, resilience, and self-understanding. You do not have to do this alone—I’m here to walk with you toward healing and growth. Whenever you feel ready to learn more and get started, please reach out. I’m here to walk alongside you in this process. - Jolie S.
