Born and raised in France by Spanish/Moroccan parents, I've always been very comfortable in multicultural environments. After studying general psychology at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne, I moved to Washington state in 2007. I graduated with a Master's Degree in Psychoanalytic Counseling from Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis in 2013. I am passionate about emotionally-focused talk therapy, as it helps people reach the source of their concerns, leading to a more permanent adjustment in behavior and thought patterns. It also allows for a deeper understanding of oneself, providing new skills to face life's challenges.
