For children and teens overwhelmed by big emotions like panic or explosive anger, I provide a gentle, creative space incorporating play, crafts, and sand tray therapy to make healing engaging and accessible. For adults navigating complex trauma and structural dissociation (including DID and OSDD), I provide an experienced, structured path to build internal safety and systematically process past hurts. True resolution requires moving beyond standard talk therapy. I actively integrate neurobiologically-informed and experiential tools, specifically EMDR and Internal Family Systems informed methods (IFS/parts work). Together, we will map out where your system is stuck, collaborate safely with your protective parts, and build reliable access to sustainable calm and relief. Since beginning my career in mental health in 2005, I have specialized in the intersection of trauma, addiction, and family dynamics. In addition to my LCSW, I am a Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) and hold advanced postgraduate certificates in family systems and play therapy. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, an Approved Consultant, and a trainer-in-training—meaning I regularly instruct and consult with other clinicians in advanced trauma resolution.
