Getting to know Jordan Couey

Hi! I’m Jordan, and as your therapist, I’m excited to create a safe and welcoming space for you to explore and become the best version of yourself. I believe in showing up authentically and encourage you to do the same. We all carry lessons from our past that may have been helpful at one time, but they don’t always serve us well as we move forward. Life is ever-changing, and navigating those changes can be challenging. I utilize a blend of DBT, CBT, and strengths-based approaches to help you adapt and grow into the person you truly want to be. I’m a proud dog and lizard mom. In my free time, I love spending time with loved ones and experimenting with sourdough baking. I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Kansas in 2018, followed by a Master’s of Social Work from Fort Hays State University in 2022. I hold an LCSW in Colorado and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
