What should a new client know about working with you?

Hey there! My name is Jordan, and I’m a LMFT at Sollars & Associates. I'm also credentialed through Headway. My approach to therapy is systemic: I recognize that we as individuals are part of systems (i.e. families, groups, classes, etc.) with other individuals, and there is reciprocal influence at play between the individuals and the systems.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Ultimately I strive to provide the most effective and ethical care possible. When we first meet, we'll get to know each other and about what you have going on. We'll coordinate together to figure out how to understand, manage, and navigate whatever is happening. If anything comes up that is outside of my scope, I will support you in finding other options. If it sounds like my approach might be helpful for you, please reach out to me! If you have questions, we can talk about them. If we work together, we can figure out just about anything!
