Welcome and thank you for looking at my profile. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Clinical Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I have experience and training in working with individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and symptoms of PTSD. I am also Gottman trained in couples therapy and have extensive experience and training in the military/veteran community. I believe the healing process is collaborative and look forward to taking that journey with you. My approach to therapy creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can feel open and understood. I want to know you, not just your problems. Healing is a journey, and I would be privileged to walk that path with you.
