My role is to walk alongside you, offer perspective, challenge unhelpful patterns, and help you build the skills and insight needed to move forward with intention. I’m a trauma therapist that works with adults (18+) experiencing concerns such as PTSD (complex); Trauma (Sexual, Death, Religious, etc); Grief and End of Life; Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity; HIV/AIDS; and Anxiety; Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’ve done this work before, I view this as an opportunity to deepen self-understanding, strengthen personal agency, and improve overall quality of life.
