What should a new client know about working with you?

I take an open-minded and non-judgmental approach when meeting with clients to discuss their mental health. My role as a therapist is to help you identify your goals while recognizing what is getting in the way. Together we can explore different coping skills to better manage stress, anxiety, depression and experiences of trauma.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer complimentary, 15-minute consultations to help you decide if we are a good fit. Our first session will be spent reviewing your personal history, discussing therapeutic options, and setting goals for therapy. I want to create a comfortable and safe environment where you can share openly and honestly. Together, we will identify the thoughts, behaviors, and barriers getting in the way of living your best life.
