It was a pivotal time in his life. we were dealing with divorce and his father stopped visiting. Josh taught my son healthy techniques for dealing with frustration and served as a positive male role model. To this day, we still talk about Josh and how much he helped my son. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families who are recovering from traumatic experiences, and to those who need a supportive and compassionate space to explore their feelings and find meaning in their experiences. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Hunter College, City University of New York, and earned my Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Drawing upon my extensive training as a trauma-focused practitioner, I will help you to activate your strengths, cope with daily stressors, gain insight, and heal from difficult experiences. I will work with you in a way that is non-judgmental, curious, and caring; together, we'll find the right tools to help you make needed changes in your life.
