Josie Gandall, LPC

Psychotherapist
CO
Hello, I'm Josie, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Denver. I am passionate about working with individuals who are looking to build or improve their emotion regulation, self-worth, relationship satisfaction, coping strategies, and resilience. My experience spans all ages, with a particular focus on teenagers and families who have experienced trauma or significant disruptions in their daily lives. I believe in providing strength-based, trauma-informed care, which means I focus on identifying and enhancing the existing strengths and resilience points of my clients. Therapy should be a space that is accepting and allows all clients to show up as they are, to heal and reach their full potential. Seeking out therapy is a big step in itself, and I am excited to be a part of this journey with you. My specialties include anxiety, ADHD, children's and adolescent mental and behavioral health, depression, family relationships, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, intimate and romantic relationships, stress, and trauma. I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to explore and address your concerns and heal. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing volleyball, and spending time with my pets. These activities help me stay grounded and bring balance to my life. If you're ready to take the next step in your journey, I would be honored to support you. Let's work together to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being. I'm currently accepting clients with weekday daytime availability.
