My background includes graduate training in clinical mental health counseling and somatic psychology, along with experience in community mental health and private practice. I have worked with people experiencing trauma and relational wounds, anxiety and panic, depression, shame, and major life transitions. I believe therapy can be more than symptom reduction—it can also be a soulful exploration of who you are and how you want to live.
