I am empathic and believe in the power of people to change and grow as well as develop their own success plans. I am trauma-informed and value what has happened to people in their lives. I am strength-based and enjoy celebrating successes even more than addressing challenges. My journey to mental healthcare I have always been a positive person and enjoyed working with people.
