What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, or always putting others first. I use EMDR Therapy, attachment-focused work, somatic approaches, breathwork, meditation, and skill-based treatments such as CBT and DBT to help heal deeper wounds and manage symptoms. The goal is for you to feel safer in your body, more empowered in your choices, and more at ease in your everyday life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions can include interpersonal therapy where we explore relationship patterns and interactions with others. I support clients in understanding the dynamic, develop clear and direct communication, strengthen boundaries, and learn how to express their needs. It can also include tools from CBT and DBT to help clients manage their emotions, reduce anxiety, fear, and shame, find different meaning to a situation, and respond more effectively in challenging situations. EMDR Therapy is a trauma-focused approach that helps reduce emotional reactivity to distressing experiences, allowing clients to feel more grounded and able to choose how to respond.
