What should a new client know about working with you?

I approach the therapeutic process by creating space for connections to be made between your experiences in life and difficulties you may be experiencing today. Often, by looking at patterns that repeat over time, we may be able to free up space and make different choices in the future. I practice from an LGBTQ+ affirming and trauma-informed approach, and I am attuned to the role oppression plays in my patients’ lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that everything you wish to bring to session is valuable. I try to approach our work without an agenda so that you can determine where you intuitively need us to go. As I get to know you, I will be able to help you think about your experience and how to make changes.
