I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Colorado. I have been working in this field for over a decade and still love what I do! I believe in having a GREAT fit with your therapist - whether that is with me or someone else. I work with clients to untangle what is holding them back. Themes that come up a lot in my sessions are : people pleasing, (lack of) boundary setting, discovering unhealthy behavior patterns in oneself and others, self advocacy, and personal values.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I want my clients to feel comfortable and safe. One of the great perks of telehealth is you can join sessions from the comfort of your own space. I highly encourage having a therapy journal for you to take notes in during session, and to continue processing what we covered after the session is over. This helps us stay on track, working on the issues that brought you to therapy.
