After you book an appointment, a representative will call you to get your card information and confirm your appointment details.* After struggling through my teenage and young adulthood years with poor or no therapeutic support, I decided to be the person I wish that I had: someone who would see and accept me as I am while supporting me to make things better. My motto is "if folx can hate and judge for no reason, I can love and accept for no reason." As a licensed mental health counselor associate with nearly two decades of experience, I specialize in working with neurodivergent folx. I also address a variety of other issues. I work with neurodivergent clients ages 13+ and provide individual counseling to teenagers and younger adults (up to 35) for other concerns. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. Clients describe me as loving, kind, welcoming, and someone who makes them feel comfortable. I use an electic approach of CBT, mindfulness, and a strengths-based perspective.
