I absolutely love what I do and am passionate about supporting patients as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward improving their quality of life and achieving their goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to care is both practical and warm. You are the expert on you, and I see my role as helping you identify your strengths — keeping what works in your life while adjusting what doesn’t. I use Cognitive-Behavioral techniques combined with interpersonal skills training, and we adapt as needed. Together, we collaborate to help you move toward your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I’ll take time to learn what brings you to Sailor Health, any past experiences you’ve had with therapy, and gather important background information. My priority is to make you feel welcomed and allow you to move at your own pace. I want your first experience to be a positive one, and I’ll do my best to be warm, respectful, and attentive throughout our time together.
