UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. My job is to help you feel better! The only way that can happen is to find the starting point and for me to hear your story. While with me, you will be the center of attention. Everything you say is confidential, and I provide a safe space for your comfort. I believe that we all have the power within us to become "better," and I vow to help you reach your potential. I use a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With this, we can focus on negative thoughts and try to reframe the way we think about our issues. I have experience working with trauma, relationships, compulsive disorders, and more. If at any time you feel like I can't help, I'll set you up with somebody who can. I earned my Bachelor's degree and MEd in Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey.
