Hello and welcome! I am Justine (she/her), a licensed mental health therapist and licensed substance use disorder clinician. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle. With over 14 years in the field, I love being part of your journey! I work with anyone 13 and older and specialize in depression, anxiety, youth populations, and addictions. I'm excited to work with you to help create a happy life in all areas. I am trauma-informed and dedicated to meeting you where you are. Based on your goals, we will use CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, or a mix of modalities. I look forward to helping you heal and gain overall wellness and peace. I would be honored to be part of your journey!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During sessions I will hold space for you to process what is on your mind that week and how it relates to your overall goals. Sessions may be space to process and experience emotions and events, while other sessions may be more direct in relation to your overall goals and utilize homework and skill building.

Initial session: $175 for 60 minutes

Ongoing session: $150 for 53 minutes

Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork

Currently Take following insurances: Aetna Cigna Premera Blue Cross Washington Premera Blue Cross Massachusetts Regence BlueShield of Washington (will be taking starting in September). Once you decide to book a session, I will send you a link to fill out a profile (takes about 15 minutes). I then will confirm your insurance and we can start sessions within a week.
