Hello, I'm Kailey! I have a great passion for childhood mental health and working with the family dynamic, but I do have experience working with all ages. Whether you're navigating the complexities of adolescence, dealing with the stress of life transitions, or seeking support for anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. I also have a deep understanding of the struggles and joys that come with living in rural Colorado, which allows me to connect with clients from these areas on a personal level. My approach to therapy is client-centered and narrative. I believe there is immense power in telling your story and having someone who genuinely wants to hear it. Every therapy session is unique, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment that best fits each individual client. I have lived in Colorado for six years and have fallen in love with all the adventures this beautiful state has to offer. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree, I specialize in a variety of areas including anxiety, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, eating disorders, grief/bereavement, life transitions, military/veteran support, intimate/romantic relationships, stress, children's mental/behavioral health, family relationships, and perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum).
