Getting to know Kalen Deremo

My therapeutic approach is informed by what I've seen be most transformational in relationships: authenticity, clarity, compassion, accountability, trust and understanding. If you enroll in therapy with me you'll be signing up for a consistent and professional relationship where each session we'll work together to identify patterns and blockages that are keeping you stuck and preventing you from showing up in the world as your real, authentic self. With a background in wilderness therapy and experience as children's play therapist, eldercare provider, teen mentor and psych ward behavioral health tech, my resume has prepared me to assist a wide variety of clients while utilizing an eclectic range of tools and healing modalities. Though I welcome all applicants who feel called to work with me and will always encourage you to trust your initial instincts, I will likely best serve those who are seeking help with C-PTSD, attachment wounding, childhood trauma, substance abuse, chronic health issues, relationships struggles, life transitions and spirituality.
