I help individuals and partnerships navigate the complexities of intimacy, relationship dynamics, and sexual well-being. I believe that all people deserve access to the information, tools, and support needed to create a satisfying and fulfilling connection with themselves and others. In our sessions, we’ll work together to set meaningful goals, focusing on what feels most important to you. Common topics include exploring sexual interests, navigating relationship stressors or betrayals, developing relational and communication skills, processing the past, examining the roots of attachment, or deepening your connection with yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a therapist trained in AEDP, Relational Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Sex Therapy, I’m passionate about helping individuals and partnerships gain a deeper understanding of the roots of their attachment patterns, how those patterns impact the nervous system, and how they can be addressed and unwound. I take an engaged and directive approach, both supportive and challenging, to help clients reconnect, heal, and adapt to the ever-changing world around them. I look forward to supporting you on your healing and growth journey.
