As a person, I value and respect all people equally, regardless of identity, ethnicity, beliefs, diagnoses, or behavior. As a clinician, I specialize in treating adults with symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, various behavior disorders, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Schizophrenia, among others. I define myself as an “eclectic therapist” who uses many different techniques and modalities to tailor treatment to every person as an individual. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Idaho. I have degrees in several fields, including a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Master of Science in Equine-Assisted Counseling and Wellness, and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology. I am also a certified therapy dog handler with Alliance of Therapy Dogs.
