Welcome to finding support for your feelings and emotions that you have had which has brought you to think that you need something to aid in your life toward healing past hurts, memories that are triggers for current life, and presence struggles which are constant arising to feeling, sad, lonely, angry, impulsivity, nightmares, panic attacks, profound grief, and other symptoms. As a Professional Counselor, I have worked for years to help Clients find relief with their traumatic events. Experience with populations of children, teen agers, and all ages of adults. Life can be overwhelming but engaging in therapeutic treatment can decrease many symptoms due to anxiety, depression, and other diagnosis. Allow me to support you and process those emotions which keep you from enjoying life. My background has a variety of training in trauma, addiction, relationships, grief/loss, illness; and love for helping others to feel better is why I have been a Counselor for over plus twenty years. and faith that working on issues healing will overcome triggers through development of coping strategies. Included emotional support letters for clients that have a special fur baby. I have grown kids, grandkids, and several fur babies which have enable me to enjoy life.
