I have been serving clients since 2005, focusing on attachment wounds, anxiety and depression, relationship concerns, inner child work, self-esteem, and loss and grief. I provide therapy to adult individuals and couples. Originally from northern California, I moved to the Seattle area in 1994. After a 15 year career as a graphic designer, I pursued my passion for mental health counseling. I also had the opportunity to serve in the Peace Corps in Ethiopia, working with an organization that supports orphans and vulnerable children. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from several modalities in order to empower clients to live a more authentic and meaningful life.
