Hello, my name is Karley! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), TEAM-CBT level 1 certified, and becoming a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCPT). I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from the University of Northern Colorado. My professional experience includes inpatient/hospitalization settings, outpatient/community mental health, and private practice. Since childhood, mental health has played a significant role in my life, inspiring me to help others. This personal connection, combined with my education and training, has driven my passion for counseling. I want you to know that you are not alone, and I am here to support you. As an eclectic therapist, I draw from multiple theoretical orientations and techniques to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Some of the approaches include holism, person centered, cognitive behavioral, trauma focused, and solution focused, and psycho-education.
