What should a new client know about working with you?
It is impossible for humans to move through the world without experiencing some challenge and struggle. I am so proud of you for taking this step to get support for whatever you are experiencing! I approach this work from a cognitive behavioral standpoint where we’ll work together to identify the thoughts, feelings and/or behaviors that you want to change.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
While working with me, you can expect that your lived experience will be validated and you will be treated with respect. During our initial meeting, we’ll discuss what made you decide to pursue therapy and begin charting the course to achieve the results you’re looking for. Throughout our work, we’ll examine the thoughts, feelings and/or behaviors that are not currently serving you and identify actionable steps towards living a life infused with joy.
