Billing has been a nightmare since Day 1. The inability to speak directly to a human being on the telephone to resolve insurance issues is absolutely ridiculous. If someone would have been available to speak with me instead of sending emails back and forth for 9 months, it would’ve helped resolve the issue sooner. Now I’ve been charged multiple times so someone owes me credits or a refund. This automatic billing thing is also nonsense. \n\nAs for the sessions and my therapist, everything is great. I knocked off 1 point for billing, 1 point for no contact, 1 point for auto payments, and 1 point for the time frame.
